Carrie Underwood Gives More Insight on "Find Your Path"

Prior to a party celebrating her latest hit “South Bound” this week in Nashville, Carrie Underwood gave a little more insight into the purpose behind her upcoming fitness book, Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul and Get Strong with Fit52 Life.

She says, “We’ve been working on it for a long time. I’ve done a lot. I’ve tried a lot. I have a random life. I’m a working mom. So, that’s a lot of us, in a nutshell. I wanted to lay it all out and say, ‘Here’s what works for me.’ Hopefully, people can get some ideas and implement some of it in their lives. It’s all about just trying to be your best and juggle, which is the world we live in. Everybody’s juggling and trying to do it all. So, hopefully people some good ideas and tips and tricks. There’s recipes and tips and tricks and stories on why I am the way I am in the health and fitness portion of my life.”

Find Your Path is out March 3, 2020.
